On a weekly basis we shall render window cleaning services. The services described above are to be delivered to you on a continual rolling basis, until such time as this agreement is either terminated or superseded.
PMS Ltd undertakes to provide to the above-mentioned properties for the duration of the agreement:
- Servicing of Air-Conditioner units every 3 Months
- Stand-down checks of Generators every month, and full servicing of each Generator as required.
- Electrical inspections every month.
- Plumbing inspections every month.
- Interior Fumigation every 90 days.
- Exterior Fumigation every 45 days
- Window Cleaning
- Maintaining of Swimming pool
