We will conduct a plumbing inspection of each property on a monthly basis. These inspections will include, but are not limited to:
- Water flow throughout the residence
- Operation of flushing mechanisms to toilets
- Checks of taps and shower heads
- Checks of sink flexi-pipes and waste pipes for leakages
- Operation of water heaters
- Inspection of water pump and water tanks
- Inspection of sewerage tanks, and level of same
During inspections, we will repair or replace any routine plumbing fittings that require so (piping, filters, flushing mechanisms, etc.).
We will not undertake any major works required (i.e. replacement of water pump, heaters, etc.) without the prior authorization due to the potential high costs associated with such work.
We will also maintain a service history for each inspection we undertake, and retain this information for a minimum period of 2 years. This will help us to identify and justify any issues we may bring to your attention.
We will make these records available to you immediately upon their reasonable request for same.
