We will undertake an initial service of all Air-Conditioners at the properties (total 11). Servicing will include:
- Cleaning of inside and outside units
- Check of all parts
- Re-fill of refrigerant gas if required
- Changing of capacitors & thermostats if required
It will not include the replacement of any compressors – we will seek authorization from you in the event this is necessary, as a result of the high replacement costs.
Once initial servicing has taken place, and all A/C’s are at a similar operational standard, we will undertake further servicing at the property on a quarterly basis (i.e. every 3 months). This will be performed on the same basis as above, but it would be expected that requirement for spares for the units will reduce following the first initial service.
Every service of Air-Conditioners that is due will be arranged and agreed with you in advance of attendance by our technicians.
We will also maintain a service history of each A/C serviced, and retain this information for a minimum period of 2 years. This will help us to identify and justify any issues we may bring to your attention such as the requirement for replacement of a particular A/C with new, potential ECG supply issues, etc. We will make these records available to immediately upon their reasonable request for same.
